Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and company name (optional). Your password is stored as a secure hash — we never store it in plain text.

Messages and conversations: We store the messages you send to Kit and the responses generated on your behalf. This is necessary to provide memory and context across sessions.

Connected account data: If you connect Gmail or Google Calendar, we access emails, calendar events, and related metadata solely to perform tasks you request. We do not read your emails without your instruction.

Usage data: We collect anonymised usage statistics such as feature usage frequency, session duration, and error logs to improve the Service.

Payment information: Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We only store your subscription status and Stripe customer ID.

2. How We Use Your Data

We do not use your personal conversations to train AI models without your explicit consent.

3. Third-Party Services

Kit uses the following trusted third-party services to operate. Each has its own privacy policy and security standards:

Stripe Payment processing and subscription management
Supabase Database storage and user authentication
Anthropic / OpenRouter AI language model processing (your messages may be sent to these APIs)
HeyGen Avatar video generation for visual responses
Telegram Delivering notifications and briefings to your channel
Twilio (future) SMS notifications (planned feature, not yet active)

We share only the minimum data necessary for each service to function. We do not sell your data to any third party for advertising or marketing purposes.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Specifically:
